ENDEAVOUR CENTRE
A Journey to Independence
The Endeavour Centre is a syndicate of 3
classes. The staff consists of special
needs teachers and therapists. The physio
therapist (PT), occupational therapist (OT), and
speech language therapist (SLT) work
collaboratively with the class teachers to
provide individual and group programmes to
enhance each child's learning.
The Centre also has medical and welfare
co-ordinators, as well as a large group of
teacher aides to support the students.
Enrolments initially made through the Centre
Manager are accepted through the school
enrolment process. This Centre offers a
very flexible programme for children with
varying degrees of disability, fragile health
and global delay who require additional
therapeutic and educational support. The
approach used is holistic one based on
individual programming. The children in
the Centre are involved in the full life of the
school.
